The Fire Danger Warning is now HIGH. Because of this and as a reminder;
All fine dead fuels ignite readily and fires start easily from most causes. Unattended brush and campfires are likely to escape. Fires spread rapidly and short distance spotting is common. Company 2 Fire Police provide mutual aid for Box 4-2 Cashtown today

This morning Company 2 Fire Police responded and provided traffic control for a one vehicle accident on Bingham Rd. near Cashtown. The driver was transported to a local hospital for treatment. No other injuries were reported. PSP also responded to this call.... (Full Story & Photos)

Jr. Firefighter’s wanted - Fairfield High School Thursday

Members of the Fairfield and Fountaindale Fire Departments will once again be visiting the Fairfield High School on Thursday to recruit new members to the Jr. Firefighter’s program.

Our first Drive Thru of the Summer is now scheduled for Thursday May 9th. Beginning at 4:30 PM until 6:30 PM we will be offering two different drive thru dinner options.
First Option: Cost $15.00. ONLY 125 MEALS AVAILABLE Crab Cake Sandwich with Scalloped Potato's and Cole Slaw and a Drink
Second Option: (Kid's Meal) Cost $5.00 Hot Dog, Chips, Apple Sauce and a Drink

Little League Opening Day Parade - April 27th

Next Saturday (April 27th) Company 2 will once again proudly escort the Fairfield Little League Teams, players and parents down Main Street and through town to begin their Opening Day Ceremonies.
