Rescue Engine and Traffic run auto accident with confinement

At about 6:30 this morning Company 2 and MICU 54-6 were alerted for a auto accident with rollover. Upon arrival Deputy Chief 2 confirmed one vehicle on its wheels that had rolled multiple times into a small creek with one operator confined in the car . At noon today Fairfield Fire & EMS along with Fountaindale Fire department, Adams Regional EMS and Carroll Valley Police department delivered lunch to our heath care providers in our first due areas. It was a small token of appreciation for what they do on the front lines of this pandemic. Thank you!

Rescue Engine and Traffic Run crash on Waynesboro Pike

Company 2, MICU 54-6, Fredrick County Rescue Squad 6 and ambulance 6-9 were alerted to a traffic accident in the 1400 block of the Waynesboro Pike (Box 2-4) for reported tractor trailer into a pole. MICU 54-6 arrived to find a pickup truck was also involved and checked the driver. RS6 and 6-9 arrived shortly their after and went on to check out the tractor trailer. No Caption Engine Runs House Fire in Emmitsburg

Around 16:30 on Saturday the Engine was alerted to the 6-1 box (Emmitsburg) for a house fire. The engine arrived with 6 and went to staging. From staging the crew was assigned to division one fire attack group. Once inside the crew did some overhaul and ventilation work on division one. Volunteers Take in 2 Runs For Today

Just after noon the Volunteers started off with a residential fire alarm in the 2-4 box while en-route Adams advised that the homeowner contacted the alarm company and advised it was a false trip wishing to cancel. DC2 placed the box in service. The second call sent the Brush, Special Unit and Engine to Mcglaughlin road for a Brush fire. Units arrived and quickly knocked approximately quarter of ...
