This past Tuesday Firefighters Chad Fogle and Miles Leister from the Fairfield Community Fire Company and Dave Martin, Fire Chief of Fountaindale Volunteer Fire Company were at the Fairfield High School to recruit local students for their Junior Firefighter Programs.

If you are between 14 and 17 years old and have desire to be a firefighter or emergency services we'd love to talk with you. Our Junior Firefighter program is designed to offer hands on experience in a safe environment while building teamwork, responsibility and leadership skills. We offer training on firefighting equipment, lifesaving skills, apparatus ride-along and participation in numerous department and community activities
